Owner JEFF PATTEN
Jeff has worked in the fitness and sports field for over 10 years. Jeff has earned a B.S. in Sport Management in Health and Fitness, minor in Physical Education, and a M.S. in Human Movement (BIomechanics). He is also certified from National Academy of Sports Medicine with a Performance Enhancement Specialist and YFS level II (Youth Fitness Specialist).
Jeff’s true passion is to see pre-adolescent through high school athletes participate in a long-term development program that not only deals with the physical abilities but also works on the mental and nutritional side of fitness and sport. Jeff’s email Jeff@AthleticConditioning.com
